Aleksandra Vakovska is currently in the fourth year of her Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Her interests include European Law, international politics and European integration.
As of 2018, she is a Youth Ambassador for NATO Bulgaria, which is a one-of-a-kind Bulgarian initiative by The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria.
Aleksandra often works in close collaboration with The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria. She is also the President of the European Studies’ students club at her University and a volunteer in Team Europe Junior – a project launched by the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria, where she actively helps to spread true information about the EU and its institutions.
In the past, Aleksandra has organized a few informal student meetings with various professors and politicians, one of whom is Deputy Minister for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2018 – Monika Panayotova.
