Energy Dissected: Experts on the floor

Facing high energy prices and meeting the low-carbon targets of the EU Green Deal are challenging Bulgaria’s and EU’s governments as well as fueling economic uncertainty in pandemic times.

Does gas play a key role in the energy transition in CEE? Has Russia weaponized gas indeed? How does the Transatlantic bond apply to Europe’s energy diversification? Is nuclear energy green and what is its share in the energy mix of a Europe?

Those will be among the key topics discussed by energy experts, academia, and energy business representatives at the hybrid discussion „Energy Dissected – experts on the floor”, organized by the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria and American University in Bulgaria (AUBG).
