Infrastructure company Perelik and Mr. Kiril Assenov are pleased to invite you to the XI International Eco Jazz Festival in Perelik “The Sound of Silence”, which will be held on July 30, 2016 (last Saturday of July) from 20:00 on Perelik peak near Smolyan.
The Eco Jazz Festival “The Sound of Silence” is unique with its ecological focus, which combines the idea of improvisation and creativity with environmental protection as a core value. The event takes place at 2191 meters above sea level at the foot of Perelik, on the stage of the “Bear House”. This year the festival will be under the auspices of the US Ambassador to Bulgaria, HE Eric Rubin. Every year the event brings together a large number of ambassadors, businessmen, prominent intellectuals and music lovers, and is widely covered in the media.
Various jazz musicians from France, the USA, Serbia and Bulgaria will take part in the festival. The Bulgarian stage will be represented by the international instrumental cinematic punk jazz band Badlam Club, Hot Club de Plovdiv, which will offer the audience to enjoy gypsy jazz and manush and by Nikola Goryalov, Lyudmil Krumov and Velislav Stoyanov, a quartet with the famous American jazz pianist.
