For the first time in history Bulgarian students had the chance to ask questions to the astronauts aboard the International Space Station.

The initiative “Hello Space! Bulgaria calling” by the STEM & Space Cluster coordinated by the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, with the support of NASA, the U.S. Embassy Sofia and the Ministry of Education and Science, included a one-day STEM Forum at Sofia Tech Park, nation-wide competition for students and a live chat with two astronauts aboard the International Space Station – Mark Vande Hei (NASA) and Thomas Pesquet (ESA).
