Rails Girls is a free programming workshop which lasts two days and it is aimed at ladies with zero or minimum experience in the field of programming and technologies. It takes place twice a year in the spring and in the autumn. The main objective is to show girls that programming is a fun, interesting, exciting and very useful skill. They develop their first web application in a pleasant atmosphere and under the guidance of experienced coaches.
