The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria is pleased with the decision of the European Council to start accession negotiations with Northern Macedonia and Albania, and appreciates the role of Bulgaria in this process.

Along the road of Bulgaria to the EU and NATO, since day one, the ACB has given its full support for the Euro-Atlantic perspective of the two neighboring countries.

We have shared the experience and lessons learned from the difficult negotiation process, driven by the great goal of fully integrating the Western Balkans into our common European home.

Today, with sympathy, we congratulate the two peoples and wish them success!
