Strategic Resilience: Supply Chain, Security and Disinformation in the Taiwan–EU Relations
🌍 The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, in partnership with with the Taipei Representative Office in Greece and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan), are honored to invite you to an international conference dedicated to strengthening resilience across supply chains, security, and disinformation.
In a world shaped by shifting geopolitical realities, building strategic resilience has never been more urgent. This high-level conference will bring together policymakers, experts, and thought leaders from Taiwan, Bulgaria, and the European Union to discuss three crucial pillars:
– Supply Chain Resilience – What lessons can Europe and Taiwan draw from the Russian war in Ukraine?
– Security & Defense – How can democratic societies adapt to global risks and safeguard their sovereignty?
– Disinformation & Hybrid Threats – What strategies from Taiwan’s experience can strengthen Bulgaria and the EU against information manipulation?
🎤 The event will feature distinguished speakers, including representatives from government institutions, academia, and civil society. Moderator of the discussion will be Irina Nedeva, journalist and documentary filmmaker, Vice President of the Association of European Journalists (International).
