PanEuropa – Bulgaria and the British Embassy in Sofia organize a public discussion on the topic of “The Future of the United Kingdom in the EU” with key lectors being H.E. Emma Hopkins, the ambassador of the UK to Bulgaria, H.E. Daniel Mitov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, and Eva Paunova, MEP of the EPP Group. The speeches will be followed by a Q&A session.

The purpose of the event is to initiate a discussion with the participation of diplomats, business representatives, media, academic and civil society etc. regarding the membership of the UK in the EU and UK’s key role in the development and progress of the Union.

Working languages: English and Bulgarian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.The discussion will take place on 9 February 2016 (Tuesday) at Sofia Hotel Balkan (Sheraton) at 14:30. Registration starts at 14:00.
