Some of the participants in the meeting will be Mr. Valentin Nikolov, Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism, Mr. Vladimir Tesar, Director in Chief at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Ms. Yolanda Garcia Mezquita, representative from the European Commission, as well as other leading experts in the field of energy from Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Georgia and Argentina.

The event is being organized with the support of the Czech Embassy, the International Visegrad Fund and with the support of the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy.
