Symposium in Austria in memory of Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi

On Saturday the 9th of March Paneuropa Austria will hold a symposium dedicated to the life and works of Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi and his sister Ida Friederike Görres. 90 years ago Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi published his prophetic book “Pan-Europa” and with that became the father behind the ideology of a unified Europe. He dedicated his entire life to the realization of this idea. His sister, Ida Friederike Görres, grew to become one of the most influential catholic writers is her time. The symposium will look at the historical relevance of both these different and genius individuals and the impact they have made for us today.

The symposium will take place in the historical Heiligenkreuzer Hof in Vienna.
